Third and Fourth Classes recent enjoyed a trip to Glendalough National Park for Tree Day on Wednesday 2nd October. They went on a treasure hunt around Glendalough looking for clues about trees. They had to guess the age of an Oak tree which they later found out was 231 years old. The children then enjoyed playing stick puzzle games and pinecone & spoon races. A great day was had by all and the sun shone all day.
