What each class is up to in May

 

Junior Infants

We have been taking part in Active school week

We have had practices for sports day (with our egg and spoon)

We saw the Narnia play “The Lion, The Witch and the wardrobe”

 

Senior Infants

We went on a scavenger hunt with 6th class to the Murrough

We have been enjoying active school week with things like Skipathon and Giant Mexican waves

 

1st Class

We have been enjoying active school week with things like learning how to cha cha

We saw the Narnia play “The Lion, The Witch and the wardrobe”

 

2nd Class

We started our animal projects

We have been enjoying active school week trying things like swimming and badminton

We saw the Narnia play “The Lion, The Witch and the wardrobe”

 

3rd Class

We made Pointillism pictures in art. We used cotton buds to “paint in points”.

We have been enjoying Active school week

We watched “The Lion, The Witch & The wardrobe” play

 

4th Class

We are making Dioramas of our favourite books

We have really enjoyed active school week

Some of us took part in an athletics competition in Charlesland

 

5th Class

We enjoyed watching “The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe” play

We have had lots of fun during active school week

 

6th class

We went on a 10km Sponsored walk along the Murrough to raise funds for our tour and are looking forward to our School Fun day in aid of our tour also.

Some of us took part in the Wicklow Athletics competition in Charlesland recently. Our boys came 3rd in the relay

We played a Basketball match against Wicklow Montessori and won.
